Exercises
The app currently has about 200 resistance, cardio and flexibility exercises which are the most important ones (future versions will have more).
The exercises are demonstrated with high quality videos which unlike other apps, do not require any internet connection !
Each exercise has clear execution instructions.
The Virtual Trainer
After you created your workouts (either manually or by Inteli Muscle), you can play them by simply click the play button.
The workout exercises will be displayed to you, and the Virtual Trainer will vocally guide you through the workout, stating the reps, and rest time.
Inteli Muscle
Inteli Muscle is a unique workout generator which will generate custom made workouts for you by your needs and terms (goal, fitness level, available equipment and available time)
Remember ! Even a 5 minutes workout is better than nothing !
Note : Inteli Muscle is still under development. Future version will have improved abilities to generate workouts.
Sharing
It's easy to share your workout as an image on Facebook straight from within the app, or save it to your local picture gallery.
After you complete a workout using the Virtual Trainer guidance, you also have the option to share its details.
Exercise Details and Anatomy
Through the exercise gallery, you have the option to click on any exercise and see its mark, level, equipment, mechanics method and visually, on an anatomy model, the muscles it uses.
